APPOINTMENTS

Bookings are essential for all treatments, though walk-ins are always welcome. To fully enjoy your Ella Bachè experience, please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment - plenty of time to relax and meet with your therapist. A 30% redeemable deposit is required for bookings over $100.00 to secure your booking. A confirmation SMS message is sent 24 hours prior to appointment, please ensure to reply with Y  (yes) or N (no) for your appointment.

CANCELLATIONS

We appreciate 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or postpone your treatment. The deposit for treatments over 2 hours will be forfeit if less than 24 hours notice is given.
